Fox News 5 sent one of their reporters, John Deutzman, out to get answers about the ever-increasing trend of foreclosure scams being done by a Long Island based company, Amerimod. Amerimod is currently facing a class action lawsuit by homeowners and is being investigated by the New York Attorney General’s Office on allegations of deceptive business practices and false advertising. Amerimod denies all allegations.
